    Committed-search and self-funded-search backing. We're a candid, operator-flavored LP, not a check that disappears between board meetings. We can lead, follow, or fill out a syndicate.

    Deal-by-deal co-invest

    When you find the deal, we can put capital alongside you on the specific transaction. Direct equity, mezzanine, or roll-up structuring depending on the deal's needs.

    Roll-up and platform backing

    Multi-acquisition platforms with operator leadership in place. We bring the operating-systems rigor that turns a string of acquisitions into a real platform.

We back you. We don't compete with you.

The other half of being an operator-led firm is being honest about what that means when our arms could otherwise conflict.

If your deal is in-buy-box for our Acquire arm, we co-invest.

We don't compete with the people we back. If a deal you bring matches the SF Advisor Acquire buy-box (NEMT, healthcare services, commercial-weighted residential and commercial services, multi-unit independent restaurants of 5+ locations, MSPs, $750k+ EBITDA, Continental US), we co-invest alongside you on terms that work for both sides.

If your deal is out of buy-box, we still want to see it.

Most of what we back will be out of our direct buy-box, different industries, different geographies, different shapes. Our backing decision is about the operator, not just the deal.
